Refund and Return Goods Policy

To be eligible for credit or exchange, returned goods must comply with the following:

  • All returns must be processed with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. The RGA must have appropriate authorization prior to shipment. A copy of the RGA should be included with the return shipment.
  • Goods must be current models and in resalable condition.
  • Goods must have been purchased within the past thirty (30) days.
  • Transportation must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Credit on returned goods will be based on lower of purchased price or current price.
  • Returns will not be accepted on obsolete or discontinued products.

Return goods are subject to 25% restocking fee.

Exceptions will be considered in circumstances where an order over 2X the value of the return is placed in conjunction.

Credits will be pending inspection and approval of condition.

The Return Goods Authorization process can be initiated by the Sales Representative or Customer Service. Order cancellations or modifications are subject to the Return Goods Policy.

Warranty Returns

To be eligible for credit or exchange, Warranty Returns must comply with the following:

  • All returns must be processed with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. A copy of the RGA should be included with the return shipment.

  • Once product is received at Jameson plant it will be evaluated. If product is covered by warranty a replacement or credit will be issued. If the product is not covered by warranty, it will be returned to the customer with an explanation.
