Jameson is committed to offering our customers the highest quality products and customer service.
Warranty Returns
To be eligible for credit or exchange, Warranty Returns must comply with the following:
- All returns must be processed with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. A copy of the RGA should be included with the return shipment.
Contact Customer Service at 800-346-1956 or email Orders@JamesonTools.com to initiate the return process.
- Once product is received at Jameson plant it will be evaluated. If product is covered by warranty a replacement or credit will be issued. If the product is not covered by warranty, it will be returned to the customer with an explanation.
