Resale Certificate Policy

• No Acceptance of Resale Certificates
  We do not accept or honor resale certificates for any products purchased the JamesonTools.com website. All products sold are intended for personal use or consumption and are subject to applicable taxes at the point of sale.
• Non-Resale Purchase Requirement
  All purchases made from the JamesonTools.com website are for end-users only. By purchasing from us, you agree that the products are not being bought for resale purposes. Any attempt to use a resale certificate for exemption from sales tax will not be honored and may result in the cancellation of your order.
• Tax Responsibility
  Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes based on the delivery address. Our company is required by law to collect these taxes, and we cannot waive them, regardless of the intended use of the product or the presentation of a resale certificate.
• Non-Refundable Tax Payments
  All taxes collected during the sale are final and non-refundable. If you believe you are eligible for a tax exemption, you must apply directly to the tax authority for reimbursement. We do not process refunds or adjustments for taxes paid on the basis of resale certificates.

Refunds

All refunds and return goods are subject to 25% restocking fee. Exceptions will be considered in circumstances where an order over 2X the value of the return is placed in conjunction. (detailed “Refund & Return Goods Policy”)

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
